The website and free resources
The content on this site and in the PM Career Toolkit is for general education. You're welcome to use the toolkit templates for your own work and career, and to adapt them for your projects. Please don't resell, republish or share the toolkit as your own product without our permission.
Discovery calls and coaching
- The discovery call is free and has no obligation.
- Coaching options, session details and any fees are agreed with you before paid coaching starts. If there are separate written terms for a coaching package, those terms apply to that package.
- If you need to reschedule a call, please use the link in your confirmation email or let us know as early as you can.
No guarantees
Coaching is guidance, not a guarantee. Results depend on you, your workplace and many things outside our control. We can't promise a promotion, a job offer, a particular salary or any other outcome.
Not professional advice
Coaching and site content are not legal, financial, tax, HR or employment advice. For those questions, speak to a qualified professional.
Confidentiality and your employer's information
What you share in coaching stays between you and your coach. We won't share it unless you agree or the law requires it. You're responsible for following your employer's confidentiality rules. Please don't share proprietary, confidential or client information. Describe situations in general terms (roles instead of names, no client data or internal documents) and we can still work through them in detail.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, DM the PM is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, the toolkit or coaching. Our total liability for any claim relating to paid coaching is limited to the fees you paid for that coaching.
Third-party links and tools
The site uses third-party tools (such as our booking calendar and forms) and may link to other websites. We're not responsible for their content or practices.

Governing law
